The management of the facility would be very grateful for your cooperation in following this regulation, which is designed to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests’ stays.

1. The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.

2. If a guest has not specified the duration of their stay when booking the room, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day.

3. If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the original period, they should notify the reception by 10:00 AM on the day their rental period ends.

4. Hotel Willa Pod Skocznią*** will consider requests for extended stays as long as availability permits.

5. Hotel Willa Pod Skocznią*** reserves the right to move the guest’s belongings to another available room at the guest’s expense and risk if they do not notify the hotel about extending their stay.

6. Hotel Willa Pod Skocznią*** provides services in accordance with its category and standard. If there are any complaints regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will allow the staff to respond promptly.

7. The facility is obliged to ensure: conditions for full and unrestricted relaxation for guests, security during their stay, including the confidentiality of guest information, and professional, courteous service.

8. The operator of the facility is not responsible for valuable items left in the room.

9. The guest should immediately inform the reception of any damage or loss.

10. The guest is obliged to compensate for any damages, including the destruction or damage of room furnishings and technical equipment, caused by the guest or their visitors.

11. The guest is financially responsible for all goods and services used during their stay. If the guest does not report the use of goods or services upon departure, the facility reserves the right to charge the guest.

12. Each time the guest leaves the room, they should check that the door is properly locked.

13. The guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the stay has not ended and the full payment has been made.

14. Non-registered persons may stay in the room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

15. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

16. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not provided in the room. Smoking is prohibited in the room.

17. The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, violated the hotel’s regulations, caused damage to the property of the hotel or its guests, harmed a guest, staff member, or another person staying at Hotel Willa Pod Skocznią***, or otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of other guests or the functioning of the facility.

18. Personal belongings left by a departing guest in the room will be returned at the guest’s expense to an address specified by the guest. If no instructions are received, the items will be stored for one month at the guest’s cost and risk.

19. Upon request, SNFP – the Independent Phonography Association of Poland – offers free TV receiver rentals for personal use during the stay at the hotel.

20. Please be informed that starting in August 2024, the Lex Kamilek Act, concerning the protection of minors in accommodation facilities, will be enforced at our property. According to the new regulations, all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Additionally, when registering a minor, the legal guardian’s consent is required, as well as documents confirming the identity of both the child and the guardian. These rules are being implemented with the safety and comfort of our youngest guests and their families in mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
