Processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of completing the reservation process, clarifying any potential violations of the Regulations or applicable legal provisions, and handling any potential complaints.

In accordance with Article 13, Sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

The data controller for personal data obtained during the reservation process, in accordance with applicable law, is KRAMB s.c. Krystyna and Ryszard Trzcińscy, Piłsudskiego 59a, Zakopane 34-500.

The data processor is the online reservation system Hotres.pl, owned by LEMONPIXEL.pl, Roman Korczyński, based in Jelenia Góra 58-570, Młyńska 12A, hereinafter referred to as Hotres.pl.

Personal Data

For the purpose of the reservation process / issuing a sales document, personal data of the guest is collected. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the reservation process.
The guest has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, and restrict its processing.
The guest may optionally consent to the processing of their data for marketing purposes by checking the appropriate ‘checkbox’ in the reservation process. This consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to: rezerwacja@podskocznia.pl.
The detailed purposes and scope of personal data processing in the Hotres system are specified in the attached document.

Administrator’s Obligations

The Administrator ensures that the personal data of the guest is not disclosed to third parties and will take the necessary measures to use its knowledge and experience to fulfill this guarantee.
The Administrator reserves the right to disclose personal data to authorized entities (Sub-processors) and in cases provided by applicable law. In particular, this applies to entities such as online payment systems and reception software.
The Administrator is obliged to maintain confidentiality and secrecy of information obtained for the purpose of completing the reservation process. This obligation remains in effect indefinitely.

Hotres.pl’s Obligations

As a data processor, Hotres.pl ensures the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, as well as additional IT security measures based on proven servers and systems for processing personal data in services provided electronically.
Hotres.pl states that the IT systems used to process personal data meet the requirements of applicable law, particularly ensuring high protection in the meaning of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration’s regulation of 29 April 2004 on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions that devices and information systems for processing personal data must meet.
Hotres.pl’s subcontractors and employees will be duly authorized to process personal data in connection with the reservation process, which is agreed to by both the Administrator and the guest.
To ensure the highest security of personal data storage in compliance with GDPR requirements, Hotres.pl commits to:

Encrypting and anonymizing personal data transmissions.
Continuously ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services.
Ensuring the ability to quickly restore availability and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident.
Regularly testing, measuring, and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.

Final Provisions

The Administrator is entitled to introduce changes to the provisions of this Regulation at any time and at their discretion. In particular, they may amend the provisions of this Regulation in the case of:

  • The necessity to adapt the Regulation to binding mandatory legal provisions or changes in the law affecting the content of the Regulation.
  • The necessity to adapt the Regulation to recommendations, interpretations, rulings, orders, or decisions of public authorities or judicial decisions affecting the content of the Regulation.
  • The expansion or modification of Hotres.pl’s functionality.
